Moreover, Annette is an Accreditation Observer for NAFCC, using their quality standards to assess childcare programs. She further contributes to the field as the Professional Development Coordinator for the Florida Family Childcare Home Association, overseeing the planning and coordination of professional development events statewide.

In addition to her statewide involvement, Annette serves as Vice President of the Hillsborough County Child Care Home Association (HCCPA), providing steadfast support to the president and actively engaging in association duties. Annette’s notable expertise has led to her recent appointment to the Florida Interagency Coordinating Council for Infants and Toddlers (FICCIT), where she will serve a distinguished three-year term.
